As an administrator, what should I do when a new user joins the program?

This will vary based on your clinic's workflow. Before onboarding your first patient your will complete our "workflow exercises" to establish best practices and processes to follow. You will also be trained on how to use the platform to onboard your patients. We will provide a copy of the materials and a user manual you can reference at your own convenience.
