Log into your patient portal to view your health data. Your most recent measurements should appear in your portal. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to customer service at 858-208-0893.
If you are not using your patient portal to send or check your measurements then you can verify the data is being sent on your cellular device. Before being sent out to you, the device was configured with a cellular chip (much like your cell phone) that automatically transmits readings to your care team once you have finished a measurement. Depending on the device you will see the word "OK" pop up on the screen indicating the measurement successfully sent to your doctor's care team.
